I find this way of talking a fabulous tool for families, parents, partners, colleagues. Nonviolent communication holds that most conflicts between individuals or groups arise from miscommunication about their needs. In order words: how can we not divert the attention away from clarifying our needs, our feelings, our perceptions and our requests, thus perpetuating the miscommunication or a conflict.
